Fees and charges

InvestNow does not charge account or administration fees. The investments you choose have charges set by their fund managers, at the same level you would pay by investing directly with those managers.

InvestNow KiwiSaver Scheme Fees

A range of investment offerings to meaningfully manage the fees and costs associated with your InvestNow KiwiSaver portfolio.

The InvestNow KiwiSaver Scheme offers the flexibility to design a fee structure that aligns with your investing needs. Choose from over 40 investment options, including a variety of cost-effective, low-fee funds. The total fees you’ll pay will be determined by what fund (or combination of funds) you choose to invest in.

We’ve also made the decision not to charge any KiwiSaver administration fees! The fees charged by the manager and underlying managed funds will be the only fees you pay.

Fees and charges table:

The table below shows the fees and trading costs applicable to each underlying investment option within the InvestNow KiwiSaver Scheme. These fees are the estimated total fund charges (including GST) including all management fees, administrative costs and any performance fees. Fees have been estimated using the information provided by the underlying fund managers and by reference to the underlying fund’s disclosure documents.

All fees, spreads and pricing adjustments will apply to all future contributions (member, employer, government, IRD etc) and redemptions.

† Swing pricing only applies to the InvestNow Clarity Global Shares Fund, Milford Conservative Fund, Milford Balanced Fund, Milford Active Growth Fund and Milford Aggressive Fund. A swing price is applied to mitigate dilution in investment value due to transaction costs attributable to other investors buying or selling funds interests. On each valuation day the Underlying Clarity and Milford Funds apply a swing factor adjustment to the price for investor applications and withdrawals. Subject to a threshold being met, the price is adjusted up or down based on the direction of the net investor flows. If net flows are positive, the price will swing up and if net flows are negative, the price will swing down. Fee information for investment options within the InvestNow KiwiSaver Scheme are as stated in the relevant disclosure material and override any figures stated in marketing material.

Individual Action Fees

The Individual Action Fees shown in your InvestNow KiwiSaver Scheme Annual Member Statement relate to any adviser fees applied to your portfolio during the reporting period (where applicable). Any buy/sell transaction fees you have incurred are shown separately under buy/sell fees.
